South Fork Farm FAQs...

1) All linens will be provided for guests including kitchen towels and dishrags, and bedroom sheets, pillow cases, blankets and towels.

2) The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for a retreat getaway including paper towels, napkins, coffee with creamer and sugar, bring your own K-cups for the Keurig and enjoy the 3 ovens for all your cooking and baking needs!

3) The bathrooms are stocked with plenty of hand soap, tissues and toilet paper along with shampoo, bar soap and lotion if you've forgotten to bring your own.

4) The Country Garden Studio is set up with 20 tables and adjustable, cushioned chairs along with waste baskets and beverage holders if you want to clamp one to your table. There is also a computer with wireless internet connection and color printer with copy paper. 2 sizes of a Cricut Expressions Machine with various cartridges, Sizzix Big Kick with assorted alphabets and die cuts, Creative Memories Custom Cutting System, Paper Cutter, assorted scissors, punches and stamps and various sized quilt cutting boards, 3 irons and ironing boards and a flannel design wall. Big Screen TV, DVD player and separate CD/IPOD player.

5) There is also an additional TV in the Living Room.

6) The bedrooms accommodate the following guests:   Rose Room - 3, Violet Room - 3, Ivy Room - 2, Daisy Room - 1, Lily Loft - 4 and Crow River Room - 7

7) There are 5 bathrooms - 4 with showers and 1 with a claw foot tub/shower

8) There is a NO Smoking Policy indoors and a NO Pet Policy indoors or outdoors at the retreat.

9) Check in Time is Noon the day of arrival and Check Out is at 4:00 pm the day you leave.

10) All trash must be taken out to the receptacles on the North Side of the Studio and all dirty sheets, pillowcases, towels both kitchen and bathroom must be stowed in the corner below and to the right of the Crow River Room staircase on the day of departure.

11) If you have any questions or issues while you're staying at the retreat please call or text 952-250-7050.

12) The city of Lester Prairie is close by with a Casey's, Longhorn Restaurant and Bar, Meat Market, Liquor Store, etc. for supplies and eating out of you so choose.
