Q: What are the sleeping accommodations in each of the bedrooms?
A: Crow River Room (above crafting studio) sleeps 7 guests
    Rose Room (2nd floor main house) sleeps 3 guests
    Violet Room (2nd floor main house) sleeps 3 guests
    Ivy Room (2nd floor main house) sleeps 2 guests
    Daisy Room (2nd floor main house ) sleeps 1 guest
    Lily Loft (3rd floor main house) sleeps 4 guests
Q: What are the check in/out times?
A: Friday through Sunday, Check in at Noon Friday and Check out at 4 PM Sunday. We can be flexible with these times if the reservation schedule permits.
Q: Can I reserve South Fork Farm for something other than scrapbooking?
A: YES! South Fork Farm was designed with scrapbookers and quilters in mind, but any small group is welcome to enjoy the spacious retreat studio for stamping, beading, knitting, embroidery, bible studies, spiritual retreats, etc.
Q: How much space is there for each person to work?
A: Each person has a 2.5' x 5' table, complete with cushioned, adjustable chair, beverage holder and waste basket. Also, the retreat studio is located on ground level so you can walk right in the west entrance!
Q: What tools are available to use at South Fork Farm?
A: There are many tools for scrapbooking and quilting provided for your use, please check them all out on the retreat studio tab. There are also miscellaneous scrapbooking items for sale in the studio just in case you're in need of them when you're there.
Q: What do I need to bring?
A: 1) Bring your personal toiletries, clothes (slippers, as we ask that you leave your shoes at the entrance) and craft supplies.
    2)  If you want to cut down on dishes, bring your own paper products  (plates, silverware, cups). However, the kitchen has a dishwasher and is fully stocked with regular plates, silverware, glassware, serving dishes, cooking utensils, pots and pans, blender, 2 coffee makers, toaster and many miscellaneous cooking supplies.
    3) Coffee (decaf and regular), tea, creamer and sugar are provided.
    4) One pillow per guest, one hand towel, bath towel and washcloth and bed linens (including sheets and blanket) are provided.
Q: Do we have to share beds or are there bunk beds?
A: No, all the bedrooms at South Fork Farm are furnished with single beds. Each bedroom has a luggage rack for each guest provided and there are also ear plugs available in all the bedrooms.
Q: How about smoking and pets?
A: Smoking is not allowed inside the house. There is a designated smoking area off the retreat studio on the north patio where a smoking receptacle is provided. We do not allow pets on the property for the benefit of the house and your fellow guests.
Q: Is there enough space to park?
A: There are 2 asphalt parking areas, one in the front and one in the back of the retreat house and additional graveled areas for ample parking space.
Q: Is there a land line at the retreat house?
A: No, there is not a phone at South Fork Farm. You will need to use your cell phone to make calls.
Q: What about food?
A: Your group supplies food for the weekend. If you don't want to cook every meal, check out the list of local eating establishments provided in the Services tab for boxed lunches, pizza, etc.
Q: What if we don't have a group to fill the retreat?
A: You are welcome to reserve the retreat with fewer guests, but the total rental rate stays at the specified breakdowns with the 13 minimum base rate, then the rate at 16, and the last total rate of 20 occupants. We can post on the calendar or on the Guestbook tab that you are looking for "joiners" and how many, with a phone number and contact person, but of course, there are no guarantees of a response.
Q: Do we have to clean when we leave?
A: South Fork Farm has a cleaning service, but we do ask that upon check-out you strip the linens off your bed and put them and your used towels, washclothes, kitchen towels, etc. by the laundry room on first floor, load and run the dishwasher, place all your garbage in the trash receptacle provided outside by the North Patio and remember to take all your personal food items out of the refrigerators.
